As international interest for the CECPAQ is growing and the questionnaire is being used in different countries, we are exploring possibilities to compare parenting behavior in different countries and cultures. What are the similarities between parents from different parts of the world? In what aspects do they differ? And how about the role of parenting in early childhood development; is that the same for all children, or is this moderated by the cultural background of the family?

Such  questions will be embedded in the research program “Parenting around the World (PaW-study)”.
